Our approach provides you with a very customized, one-on-one training with a focus on corrective/functional exercise to improve stability, strength, and mobility.
At the start of each Performance Mechanics appointment, we will address any mobility restrictions through a combination of stretching, guided self-myofascial release, and mobility drills.
Next, we will guide you through corrective and functional training, to improve your strength, stability, and quality of movement.
