Why Us?
Our experience and education as Athletic Trainers make us perfectly suited to create corrective exercise personal training plans. Our work in collegiate training rooms and physical therapy clinics have taught us proven exercise progressions and self-management techniques that a typical personal trainer doesn’t have.
We collectively have over 50 years of experience working with athletes of all levels — from recreational runners to Olympic medalists. Our focus is on helping endurance athletes, because these athletes need focus on their biomechanics to treat the root cause of the injury.
How This Works
Simply signup for one of our training calendars listed below. We have created these workout plans for the most common endurance athlete issues we see.
After signup, you will receive an introductory email from our workout system (Teambuildr) with instructions on how to download their app, or view your workouts through a web browser.
Each calendar has a variety of workouts each week, to keep you interested and target all the necessary areas. All workouts include video demonstrations of every exercise.
All workouts will require minimal equipment. We recommend you have at least these items:
- Foam Roller
- Mini-Band
- Exercise Ball
- Exercise Tubing

Workout Calendars
Choose from the following calendars:
Calf and Achilles
Have nagging calf and achilles pain? This exercise plan will focus on strengthening your feet, calves, and hips to make your achilles more resilient and ready to run.
The achilles tendon needs special care when hurting. We need to apply load to your calf carefully to stimulate the body to rebuild the tendon. This plan will get you back on the road quickly and safely.
Hip and Hamstring
Does your upper hamstring or hip bother you when you run? Choose this plan to safely strengthen the right muscles and get your body moving correctly.
Running Strength & Core
This monthly plan focuses on lower body strength and core stability. It is ideal for runners looking to prepare their bodies for the stress of distance running.
Strong Shins
Shins bothering you when you run? Try this plan to focus on the key contributors to shin pain. We will improve your ankle stability and balance to reduce the stress on your legs.
Whole Body/Triathlete Workout
This plan is geared toward triathletes and swimmers. It includes lower body stability as well as key exercises and mobility drills to improve your shoulder health.
The workouts will change focus daily, giving you some variety in your workouts. The plan changes every month, so you can enjoy a new set of workouts.
