Here’s what a Mechanic visit looks like:
- Assess: Your visit begins with a detailed functional assessment and, if necessary, a brief running analysis to identify the root cause of your pain. From this, we can see how you move and identify mobility or stability issues. Follow-up visits will assess progress in your condition.
- Hands-On: We use a combination of manual therapy and soft tissue release to address your specific issues.
- Correct: We give you a customized plan of corrective exercises and/or running form drills to address the root cause of your problem and prevent it from coming back.
